Basic structure:
This instrument consists of the instrument host (an infrared spectrometer for asphalt), operating software (stored on a USB drive), an infrared spectroscopy-based asphalt testing and analysis system (software), an automatic moisture-proof cabinet, an ATR reflection accessory, an infrared heating lamp (optional), a spreading accessory (optional), and a solid-sample preparation kit (optional).
Performance features:
1. Intelligent human-machine interaction design allows operators to quickly and easily master the instrument’s operation without needing to come into direct contact with the asphalt infrared spectrometer.
2. Powerful software functionality: The infrared spectroscopy asphalt rapid detection system compares asphalt samples against a database to accurately identify the authenticity of asphalt. It can determine the brand, model, batch number, and place of origin; and quickly assess the content of modifiers such as SBS and SBR.
3. Equipped with real-time online diagnostic functions for hardware components such as lasers, light sources, detectors, beam splitters, and more, ensuring that the instrument is always in optimal working condition. Additionally features H2O/CO2 automatic compensation software, which automatically removes water and carbon dioxide from the air.
4. Modified asphalt reference samples can be prepared and tested to establish a reference sample database.
5. Equipped with an intelligent, automatic sample retrieval function, it can directly provide the SBS content of the tested sample within seconds—fast, accurate, and hassle-free.
6. Core components feature moisture-proof treatment, including moisture-proof beam splitters, resulting in low maintenance costs.
7. The machine’s housing is equipped with a dual-intelligent humidity auto-reminder system, featuring automatic digital humidity display via software and an automatic reminder function that alerts users to replace the desiccant. This addresses the biggest potential hazard during infrared usage and also helps reduce users’ maintenance costs and effort.
