Basic structure
This instrument is composed of skateboard transmission mechanism, refrigeration and heating system, force measuring device and industrial control panel electrical control system, etc. It is tested by automatic temperature control, frequency conversion speed regulation, stretching length and other operations (the stretching length data can be locked by remote control).
Performance characteristics

The sink is provided with an interlayer, which circulates along the sink wall to ensure the accuracy of temperature control. Achieve internal and external double circulation.
The refrigeration system is made separately from the inside of the frame, and the thermostatic water tank is made separately from the water tank. There is no vibration during work. Double circulation pump is used for water reflux to make the water temperature in the water tank more uniform. The refrigeration system adopts imported compressor, which has fast refrigeration and reliable performance.
The sink is made of stainless steel, the screw rod is external, and the linear slide rail is used for positioning, without jitter and smooth transmission.
The stretching speed is stepless speed regulation with imported frequency conversion speed regulator. At the same time, the stretching length is displayed on the industrial control screen respectively, which can be observed clearly and can be locked remotely.
Equipped with 3 sets of belt force measuring device, can carry out three force measuring parallel experiments.
LED lights in the test water tank shall be illuminated to clearly observe the test process.
With USB network cable interface, data transmission can be realized.
