Basic structure
The instrument consists of a skateboard drive mechanism, refrigeration and heating system, touch screen control part and electrical devices, through its automatic temperature control, frequency control, industrial computer screen stretch length and remote control lock.

The sink is provided with an interlayer to carry out external circulation along the sink wall to ensure the accuracy of temperature control and realize internal and external double circulation.
The refrigeration system is made separately from the inside of the frame, and the constant temperature water tank is made separately from the water tank. There is no vibration during work. Double circulation pump is used for water reflux to make the water temperature in the water tank more uniform. The refrigeration system adopts imported compressor unit, which has fast refrigeration and reliable performance.
The sink is made of stainless steel, the screw rod is external, and the linear slide rail is used for positioning, without jitter and smooth transmission.
The stretching speed is stepless speed regulation with imported frequency conversion speed regulator. At the same time, the stretching length is displayed on the industrial control screen respectively. The observation is clear and the stretching length can be locked by remote control.
LED lighting in the test tank to clearly observe the test process.
With a micro printer, experimental data a key print.
With 232 interface, data can be uploaded.
