Introduction
The LPG-SS series liquefied petroleum gas sampler (also known as a gas sampling cylinder) complies with the SH/T0233-92 “Sampling Method for Liquefied Petroleum Gas” and GB13290 standards. It is suitable for sampling, storing, and transporting gases and liquids under identical operating conditions, including propylene, butadiene, ethane, butane, and liquefied petroleum gas.
Structural Description
The LPG-SS series liquefied petroleum gas sampler is manufactured using a one-time spin-forming technology and features a dual-valve design. The product undergoes rigorous testing for air tightness, pressure resistance, and other relevant parameters. It is equipped with a stainless steel molded handle that is convenient to use, safe, sturdy, and aesthetically pleasing. The interior of the bottle has undergone special treatment, resulting in a smooth and polished inner surface.

Sampling Cylinder Selection Requirements
The inner surface of the steel cylinder can be coated with PTFE (Teflon) or passivated to achieve a non-stick surface, facilitating cleaning and preventing intergranular corrosion while enhancing corrosion resistance.

● The bottle body is made from seamless tubing and features uniform wall thickness, dimensions, and capacity.
● The smoothly tapered inner neck section facilitates cleaning and eliminates residual fluids.
● Cold-formed NPT internal threads have higher strength.
● One-time compression molding eliminates sampling leakage caused by arc-welded structures.
● Install a handling handle for convenient carrying and moving of the sampling cylinder.
● 304 and 316L stainless steel materials are resistant to intergranular corrosion.
