The experimental dispersing machine is a new product designed using advanced foreign technology. It can handle dispersions ranging from 2 to 5 liters, making it the ideal experimental equipment for laboratory personnel. This device features an electronic constant-torque speed-control system with digital display of the rotor speed, and comes equipped with a variety of dispersing impellers. It can meet the diverse experimental requirements of laboratories and, based on the displayed rotor speed, directly calculate and analyze the relationship between the linear velocity of the impeller, material viscosity, and chemical reaction rate—providing accurate data for large-scale production.
Basic structure:
It mainly consists of a base, a column, a lifting handle, a motor, a spindle, a digital display control, a dispersing wheel, and a bucket-clamping device.
Performance features:
Timing function, timer function. The upper and lower parts can be raised and lowered; material hopper positioning fixture.
Heating device available as an optional add-on.
