Basic structure
This instrument is designed with both dark-oil viscosity tubes and Ostwald-type viscosity tubes. The viscosity tube is inverted onto a cleaning device, and steam from a heated cleaning solvent flows through the capillary section of the tube, thereby cleaning the inner wall of the tube.
Performance Features
The cleaning effect is reliable and significantly saves on cleaning solvents—washing 50 viscosity tubes requires less than 500 ml of solvent.
The built-in timer can be set arbitrarily from 0 to 30 minutes.
A heavily soiled pipe typically requires only 15 minutes for cleaning (depending on the solvent used).
A condenser is installed beneath the sealing lid of the hot bath to prevent the escape of cleaning solvent vapor.
