The mobile asphalt testing laboratory is a new product developed by our company based on professional design principles. It’s an integrated laboratory that combines functions such as asphalt product quality testing, quality control, data processing, and experimental verification of production formulations. All standard asphalt testing equipment and modified asphalt experimental equipment are centrally housed within a standardized shipping container, forming the “Asphalt Testing Laboratory.” This laboratory can be moved along with the main unit using common transportation vehicles, helping enterprises save costs and accelerate production efficiency.
※ Testing Lab: Converted from 40-foot and 20-foot ISO shipping containers; custom sizes available upon request.
※ Can be internally divided into high-temperature zone, experimental zone, and office area according to user requirements;
※ The built-in requirements can be equipped with air conditioning, laboratory benches, fume hoods, sample cabinets, sinks, and laboratory equipment;
※ Laboratory: (steel-wood structure) The countertop is made of 12.7mm-thick solid-core phenolic resin board;
※ Non-slip flooring: A 3mm-thick aluminum-patterned mesh panel is laid on top of the original floor to provide fire protection. Top, sides, and partition insulation layer: 50mm-thick insulated color steel sandwich panels (with flame-retardant foam core, Class B1 fire rating).
