Basic structure
The host consists of a microcomputer, an LCD display, a stepper motor, a torque sensor, rotating components, and other parts. According to the test requirements, select the rotor and set the rotational speed. As the rotor rotates at a constant speed, it generates shear force. The torque sensor detects this signal, which is then transmitted to the microcomputer for processing and displayed as a viscosity value.
Performance Features
It employs a high-performance microchip to precisely control the rotational speed and sample temperature, and through dedicated testing programs and data analysis, viscosity tests can be conducted quickly and conveniently.
Accurate viscosity measurements: Each measurement range is automatically calibrated by a computer, ensuring high precision and minimal error.
Front-mounted level: The level adjustment is intuitive and convenient;
The display provides rich information: in addition to viscosity, it also shows temperature, the percentage of the measured value relative to the full-scale range, over-range alarms, automatic scanning, the maximum measurement range under the current rotor speed combination, date, time, and more.
