Basic structure
The host is composed of a microcomputer, a liquid crystal display, a stepping motor, a torque sensor, and a rotating part. According to the test requirements, the rotor is selected and the speed is set. The shear force is generated during the uniform rotation of the rotor. The torque sensor detection signal is transmitted to the microcomputer for processing and displayed as a viscosity value.

Using high-performance microcomputer chip to accurately control the speed and sample temperature, through special test procedures and data analysis, fast and convenient viscosity testing;
Accurate viscosity measurement: each range is automatically calibrated by computer, with high precision and small error;
Front level meter: level adjustment is intuitive and convenient;
The display content is rich: in addition to viscosity, there are temperature, measured value as a percentage of full scale value, range overflow alarm, automatic scanning, maximum measurement range under the current rotor speed combination, date, time, etc.;
