The system employs an industrial all-in-one machine for control and data acquisition. The mainframe tensile testing device features dual ball screw mechanisms, ensuring smooth stretching and low noise operation. It is equipped with five sets of adhesion and toughness testers.
Performance features:
1. Controlled by a 10-inch industrial-grade all-in-one computer with touch-screen operation.
2. The double-row ball screw provides smooth extension and high measurement accuracy.
3. Simple operation: The system automatically enters the initial test state and prompts you to select the test requirements. It will prompt you to set the test length—press the numeric keypad to enter a value, such as 300, indicating a drawing length of 300 mm. Then, press [Start] to automatically begin the drawing test. When the drawing head reaches the set length, the machine will automatically stop and return to its initial position.
4. The screen displays real-time experimental data, load, deformation, and the load-deformation curve.
5. Upon completion of the test, the areas of ABCDF and CDFE will be automatically calculated according to the specified requirements.
6. Calculate the average of the three samples.
7. For cases where the peak is not obvious, the viscosity and viscous modulus can also be calculated by manually adjusting the tangent.
5. Test data can be exported via USB and RS232 interfaces to generate and print experimental reports; it can also be uploaded to a data platform for integration.
