Product Overview

This instrument is designed to perform negative-pressure sieving of fibers of specified sizes in flocculent wood fibers and flocculent mineral fibers. The gas ejected from a rotating nozzle both clears the mesh openings of the standard sieve and lifts and disperses the fibers within the sieve. As a result, particles smaller than the standard sieve mesh are carried away by the airflow through designated channels. By comparing the masses before and after the sieving process, the instrument calculates technical parameters such as the fiber pass-through rate, thereby ensuring that the fibers meet the quality requirements for asphalt mixtures. The instrument primarily consists of a software control system, a high-quality negative-pressure vacuum cleaner, standard sieves, a negative-pressure chamber, nozzles, and a weighing system.

Performance Features

1. It features a 7-inch color touchscreen control system developed in-house, with a clear and user-friendly operating interface.

2. It employs fully automatic stable negative pressure and air-flow sieving technology, used in conjunction with a standard 200mm-diameter sieve.

3. The screening time can be set arbitrarily within the specified duration.

4. A specially designed nozzle, under negative pressure, rotates to spray gas outward. While clearing the screen mesh, it continuously lifts the screened material, causing it to collide with the cover and disperse. At the same time, the negative pressure draws the material back toward the screen surface, and particles smaller than the mesh openings are sucked into the collection channel.

5. Equipped with a transparent mesh cover that allows real-time monitoring of the screening status.

6. Equipped with a high-quality vacuum cleaner that provides stable negative pressure; vacuum parameters can be set, and the instrument features fully automatic control down to the preset vacuum pressure value.

7. Equipped with an online intelligent weighing system, the system can directly calculate the pass rate of the measured object by comparing the front and rear masses, and print the test results via a miniature printer.

8. The vacuum cleaner is housed inside the instrument, saving space, featuring a compact structure, and offering easy mobility.

9. One machine for multiple uses—optional different-sized screens can be equipped to perform screening of other materials.
