Product overview
This instrument is suitable for negative pressure screening of certain specifications of fibers in flocculent wood fibers and flocculent mineral fibers through a gas screen. The gas sprayed from a rotary nozzle dredges the standard screen mesh on the one hand, and throws up and disperses the fibers in the screen on the other hand, so that particles smaller than the standard screen are sucked out from the designated channel with the air flow. The technical indicators such as the passing rate of the fibers are calculated through the mass comparison before and after the mass comparison, so as to ensure the quality of the fiber. The instrument is mainly composed of software control system, high-quality negative pressure vacuum cleaner, standard sieve, negative pressure cavity, nozzle, weighing system, etc.
