Unique double-layer wall air duct design: Powered by a box-shaped fan that stirs the air and passes through a ventilation layer, this creates a forced-convection air duct that delivers air more effectively to the lower heat source, ensuring a more uniform temperature throughout the inner chamber. 3. The heating device is a self-made, flat-lying electric heating wire assembly that produces no open flame. The oven is equipped with evenly distributed internal lights. The top of the oven’s heating element should be positioned 25 mm ± 5 mm below the oven’s bottom plate. The fully controlled heating element ensures rapid response, with minimal heat loss due to conduction and radiation. At the same time, uniform heating is achieved through convection via upper and lower air ducts.
4. The inner liner tray is equipped with a preheated, fixed-length 6-meter copper tube, and the air supply is precisely regulated by an air flow meter and a fine-tuning valve connected to the internal air blower.
