The electrical control section consists of the following components. The turntable can simultaneously hold four sample dishes. The room temperature is automatically controlled by a digital display temperature controller.
Performance features:
1. The unit is equipped with a high-precision temperature sensor, and the temperature in the working chamber is controlled via a temperature controller that employs “fuzzy PID” control. Compared to conventional PID control methods, this approach offers advantages such as smaller temperature overshoot, faster stabilization time, and higher temperature control accuracy.
2. The exterior of the main body is coated with a plastic finish, while the inner chamber is made of stainless steel, offering a sleek and elegant appearance.
3. The heating device features flat, electric heating wires that produce no open flame and are evenly distributed. The fully controlled heating elements ensure rapid response, while heat conduction and radiation losses are kept to a minimum. At the same time, convective airflow through upper and lower ducts ensures uniform heating.
4. The studio is equipped with a rotary variable-speed motor in the center, capable of holding four asphalt sample dishes, ensuring that the turntable rotates at a speed of 5.5 ± 1 r/min.
5. The workspace is equipped with an illumination lamp for outdoor observation.
6. Equipped with a timing device, the unit will sound an alarm when the aging time is reached; it will also automatically cut off the power supply if the temperature exceeds the safe limit, thereby preventing over-aging.
