Basic structure
The instrument by the oven studio, turntable rotating mechanical device, electrical control part. Four sample containers can be placed on the turntable at the same time. Indoor automatic temperature control by digital display temperature controller.
Performance characteristics
It is equipped with a high-precision temperature sensor, and the temperature of the studio is controlled by a temperature controller. It adopts "fuzzy PID" control, which has smaller temperature overshoot, faster stabilization time, and better temperature control compared with the traditional PID control method.
The main body exterior spray plastic, studio liner for stainless steel, beautiful and generous.
The heating device is a flat electric heating wire, no open flame, evenly distributed, and the fully controlled heating element ensures a high-speed response, and the loss of heat conduction and radiation is very low. At the same time through the upper and lower air duct convection to make uniform heating.
The left side of the oven is the electrical control part, and the variable speed motor ensures that the turntable speed is 5.5±1r/min.
The working room is equipped with lighting for outdoor observation.
With a timing device, the heating is cut off at the end of the test time to ensure that the sample is not excessively aged.
