Basic structure

The instrument is composed of an automatic lifting mechanism for adjusting the needle, an electromagnetic release mechanism, and a light source amplification observation device. The industrial control integrated machine processes and displays the penetration value and synchronizes data output.

Performance characteristics

The instrument is controlled by a computer integrated industrial computer and can be docked to the platform to upload data.

The high-precision digital display meter measures the penetration value and synchronizes the data output.

The lifting mechanism adopts the ball screw module, the design is novel, the transmission is stable, the stepping motor drives the test head to move vertically at 4 different speeds, and is equipped with a light source to enlarge the observation.

The drop time of the needle can be selected by a time setting and controlled by an electromagnetic release mechanism.

When operating, just press the "count" button to complete the needle entry procedure and display the average value of 3 times.
