This equipment is suitable for determining the penetration of residual materials from road petroleum asphalt, polymer-modified asphalt or diluted asphalt, and emulsified asphalt.
Performance characteristics:
1. Equipped with a 4.3-inch touch-screen display that shows various test parameters in real time, and automatically calculates the average value of penetration results.
2. Some function keys feature tactile, lightly-pressed buttons with clearer feedback, making it easier for users to perform precise control operations.
3. Customized dual-rail ball screw motor lifting module, offering smooth and rapid lifting with three adjustable speed levels to meet precise needle-alignment requirements.
4. An electromagnetic standard needle release mechanism ensures that the needle linkage is not affected by friction when it falls freely.
5. A custom high-precision LVDT displacement sensor ensures testing accuracy and can be easily disassembled and weighed.
6. Equipped with an LED cold-light source and a magnifying glass to assist in needle-handling operations; also equipped with a level and adjustable base angles to ensure the tabletop remains perfectly level.
7. Equipped with data saving, query, and export (RS232 interface) functions, and comes with a miniature printer for one-click printing of test results.
