Basic structure

The instrument consists of heating tube, microcontroller, softening point bracket, micro printer, LCD screen, control operation and other parts. Simple and intuitive operation.

Performance characteristics

A single-chip microcomputer is used to control the heating rate of 5±0.5 degrees C/min, and the heating rate is accurate.

Fully automatic detection and recording of test data.

Four asphalt samples can be made at the same time without affecting each other, or only two samples can be made according to needs.

The operation of the test process is simpler and more intuitive.

Temperature correction and temperature compensation parameters are provided to ensure that the temperature display is consistent with the thermometer temperature measurement during the heating process.

It can be applied to the softening point detection of low temperature section and high temperature section at the same time.
