This equipment is suitable for determining the properties of road petroleum asphalt and polymer-modified asphalt.
Softening point of asphalt, diluted asphalt, and emulsified asphalt residues.

Performance features:

1. It features a 10-inch high-performance industrial PC with an aesthetically pleasing design and ergonomic layout, capable of connecting to a platform for data upload.
2. A ceramic glass electric heating plate equipped with magnetic stirring is used, and the temperature control method—bottom heating—meets the requirements of the new standard. The PLC automatically controls the heating rate within the standard range (5 ± 0.5℃/min) and displays the heating curve in real time.
3. Equipped with two test modes—high and low temperatures—that can be switched between, and features overtemperature protection.
(1) When the softening point is ≤80℃, the heating rate shall reach and stabilize at 5℃/min ± 0.5℃/min within 3 minutes.
(2) When the softening point is greater than 80℃, after the test temperature reaches 60℃, the heating rate shall be stabilized at 5℃/min ± 0.5℃/min.
4. Equipped with magnetic stirring function to ensure uniform temperature distribution within the beaker; the stirring speed is adjustable, and a high-precision stepper motor speed sensor is included, displaying the real-time speed (r/min) on the test interface.
5. The falling-ball detection is automated and automatically recorded via photoelectric detection technology, eliminating the need for manual operation. The device features both manual and automatic detection modes, allowing users to switch between modes according to actual needs.
6. The device features multi-point temperature calibration, which ensures that the displayed temperature closely matches the actual temperature measured by a thermometer after calibration.
7. The equipment is equipped with a cooling and heat dissipation system that automatically activates after the test is completed.
The heating device provides localized, highly efficient heat dissipation, which can effectively shorten the interval between secondary tests.
8. The device is equipped with a USB interface, allowing you to export test data and temperature rise curves.
