Performance features:
This product is designed to determine the high-temperature rutting resistance (whether immersed in water or not) of asphalt mixtures. It is a key piece of equipment specifically developed for simulating and quantitatively evaluating the high-temperature rutting performance of asphalt mixtures in laboratory settings. By employing precisely controlled test conditions, the device replicates the real-world scenario in which road surfaces are subjected to repeated wheel traffic under high-temperature conditions. During the test, the equipment automatically, continuously, and with high precision measures and records the changes in rutting deformation on the specimen surface as a function of the number of rolling passes or time elapsed. It also automatically calculates the dynamic stability index, which intuitively reflects the asphalt mixture's ability to resist permanent deformation under high-temperature conditions.
