Performance features:

The asphalt mixture cutting machine features a fully sealed design, with stepless speed regulation via frequency conversion (cutting speed is adjustable) and automatic cutting operation. It can cut rock, concrete, soil samples, coal specimens, asphalt mixtures, minerals, and other materials. This machine operates on a blade-moving, worktable-stationary principle—meaning the workpiece remains fixed while the cutting blade moves. When the cutting blade reaches the end of its travel, it automatically retracts to the starting position and stops moving. The machine is suitable for cutting specimens of various shapes. The machine consists of a slicing worktable, a speed-regulating motor, electrical control systems, and other components. Its housing is made of stainless steel, and it employs pneumatic clamping devices for secure workpiece fixation. The overall machine structure is compact, stable, and reliable; the fixture design is innovative, allowing for quick and dependable clamping. Cooling is provided by tap water.
