The cutting saw, specially designed for asphalt mixture testing, can be used in conjunction with the UTM multi-functional material testing system to prepare specimens and core samples for all tests that the system is capable of performing.
Performance features:
1. The frame is made of high-hardness, premium-quality steel, ensuring excellent stability during cutting.
2. A high-precision transmission system is adopted to ensure the cutting accuracy of the specimen.
3. We selected the most suitable diamond saw blade and paired it with a high-speed motor, resulting in a smooth and even specimen surface.
4. Simple operation—once clamped, it can cut two parallel surfaces in one go.
5. Equipped with a fully sealed protective cover for safe operation and low noise.
6. Use a two-layer filtration system when discharging cooling water.
7. The entire cutting process is fully automated and controlled by a controller.
