The instrument features a floor-standing, integrated structure consisting of a sample container and a centrifugal separator. The sample container is driven by a motor and its speed is regulated by a frequency converter. When the centrifuge is started, the asphalt gradually separates from the mineral aggregate under the action of centrifugal force, allowing the asphalt content to be accurately measured.
