Overview

Equipment used for laboratory preparation of uniformly mixed asphalt mixtures, compliant with European Union Standard EN 12697-35, which requires that the asphalt be fully coated onto the aggregate surfaces within 5 minutes at the mixing temperature.

Performance Features

It features industrial touchscreen display control, offering simple operation and the ability to save working parameters.

Real-time display of mixing process data.

The temperature can be set arbitrarily between room temperature and 250℃, meeting the temperature requirements for cold-mix, warm-mix, and hot-mix processes.

During the mixing process, a temperature sensor monitors the temperature in real time, with a temperature control accuracy of up to ±0.5℃.

The mixing speed is adjustable to accommodate different aggregates and mixtures containing modified asphalt.
