Overview

Equipment for the laboratory preparation of uniformly mixed bituminous mixtures, meeting EU standard EN 12697-35, which requires that the bitumen be fully wrapped on the aggregate surface within 5 minutes at the mixing temperature.

The temperature is arbitrarily set between room temperature and 250 ℃, meeting the temperature requirements for cold mixing, warm mixing and hot mixing.

The temperature sensor monitors the mixing process in real time, and the temperature control accuracy is as high as ± 0.5 ℃.

The mixing speed can be adjusted to adapt to different aggregates and mixtures with modified asphalt.
