Performance features:
1. This equipment uses a single-phase induction motor, a reducer, and chain drive to rotate the rotating flask around its axis, causing the specimen inside the flask to move relative to the water.
2. This product is suitable for determining the compatibility between aggregates with specific gradations and modified emulsified asphalt. The product complies with the compatibility grading test for slurry mixtures specified in T0758 of JTG3410—2025, “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering.”
3. This instrument features a floor-standing design and is user-friendly, making it easy to operate.
4. Adopting an orthogonal double-support structure, the device can simultaneously test eight samples at a time, resulting in high work efficiency.
5. The number of rotations is automatically counted, ensuring accurate and reliable counting.
6. Can accommodate two pairs of rotating flasks for rotation.
6. The instrument features a robust and stable overall structural design, enabling it to meet the requirements of simultaneous rotational abrasion tests on multiple samples.
7. This instrument is designed with an automatic memory function that activates upon power failure; the number of rotations can be accumulated or reset to zero and restarted from scratch.
