Working principle
Colloidal mill for wet material micro processing machinery. The colloid mill instantly changes the direction of the side edge of the grinding teeth and the fluid in the grinding area through the multi-row tapered dynamic and static grinding disc with the same shape. The material is repeatedly sheared and ground, and the molecular chain is broken due to violent friction, extrusion, kneading and tearing between molecules. Under the action of self-weight, hydraulic force and centrifugal force, the processed material is under the action of strong shear force, friction force, impact force, high frequency vibration, vortex and other compound force, the material is effectively dispersed, crushed, emulsified, homogenized and evenly mixed, resulting in an ideal fine product.
Structural features
The colloid mill has the characteristics of reasonable structure, simple operation, low noise, convenient maintenance, small footprint, good corrosion resistance, wide use, and adjustable disc gap.
