Product Description

Scope of application

This product uses high-temperature thermal decomposition to remove various organic residues—such as polymers, waxes, resins, tar, and asphalt—from glass or metal parts.

Applicable instruments for cleaning this equipment include: beakers, sample containers, specific gravity bottles, pyrolysis flasks, distillation flasks, narrow-necked bottles, and more; as well as penetration testers, softening point test rings, ductility molds, thin-film heating sample trays, and aging oven sample trays, among others.

[Note] This device must not be used with test residues containing flammable and explosive solvents such as gasoline, kerosene, or trichloroethylene!

Performance Features

The studio has a large volume and can simultaneously clean 16 film-heated sample dishes, or 8 aging sample trays, or 6 800ml beakers, or 5 sets of penetration, softening point, and ductility test molds.

The cleaning process is fully automated. Simply load the items to be cleaned into the high-temperature washer and, after pressing the start cycle button, the equipment will automatically complete the entire cleaning process without requiring any human supervision. It effectively removes residues, leaving no sample traces on the surfaces of containers or molds, thus saving labor.

The cleaning time is short—typically, it takes only about 2 hours to complete the cleanup. The safety conditions of the cleaning work have been improved, and no waste is generated during the cleaning process.

Uses aerospace-grade thermal insulation materials, offering excellent thermal insulation performance and ensuring safe use.

Segmented processing with high temperature control accuracy and reliable safety;

Emissions are discharged using high-temperature filtration technology; no cleaning solvents are used at all. The exhaust gases generated by high-temperature pyrolysis are entirely processed in an oxidation chamber, ensuring a completely green cleaning process with zero harmful gas emissions, thus protecting health.

There’s no longer any need to discard glassware that’s difficult to clean, because these hard-to-clean or excessively expensive-to-clean glassware items can be effectively cleaned using high-temperature washers at very low cost.

A wide variety of apparatus can be used, including experimental equipment that is difficult to clean, such as bent tubes and capillary tubes.
