Scope of application
This product cleans all kinds of organic matters remaining on glass or metal parts, including polymers, waxes, resins, tar, asphalt, etc., by thermal decomposition at high temperature.
Appliances suitable for cleaning the equipment: beakers, sample bottles, pycnometer, cracking flasks, distillation flasks, necking bottles, etc. for asphalt and oil samples; And needle penetration sample container, softening point sample ring, ductility test mold, film heating sample container, aging oven sample container, etc.
[Note] This equipment does not use flammable and explosive solvent oil containing gasoline, kerosene, trichloroethylene and other residues for testing!
Performance characteristics
The working room has a large volume, which can clean 16 film heating sample containers, 8 aging sample containers, 6 800ml beakers, or 5 groups of penetration, softening point and ductility test molds at the same time;
The cleaning process is fully automated. The cleaning utensils are loaded into the high-temperature cleaning machine. After the cycle button is activated, the equipment automatically completes the entire cleaning process without the need for personnel to look after. The residue removal effect is good, and there is no sample residue on the surface of the container or test mold to save manpower;
The cleaning time is short, generally 2 hours to clean up; improve the safety of the cleaning work, cleaning without any waste;
