Product overview
According to the requirements of the relevant test regulations of the Ministry of Communications, the tester is developed by using servo motor control technology and precision transmission technology. The miniature diphal test cylinder is adopted. The sample is dried at the specified temperature, and the sample and steel ball are put into the test cylinder at the specified speed and time. After testing, the ground fiber sample is collected for its related performance test, so as to evaluate the high temperature resistance and wear resistance of the sample. The instrument is mainly composed of software control system, servo motor drive part, test tube and safety protection device.
Performance characteristics
1. Using 7-inch color touch screen control, real-time display of test information, easy to operate;
2. When using, the rotating speed of the test cylinder can be set according to the needs;
3. The test cylinder can rotate according to the set number of rotations or rotation time, and will stop automatically after the test is completed;
4. The instrument comes with a safety protection device, and the upper cover can be lifted to automatically stop the machine, so that the operator can use it more safely;
5. The inside of the shield is embedded with sound-absorbing cotton, which can reduce the noise generated during the test;
6. The test cylinder is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with one end sealed, the inner surface of the cylinder is smooth without protuberance and uneven, and the other side is sealed with a thick cover, with excellent texture and convenient cleaning.
