Product Overview
This testing instrument has been developed in accordance with the relevant testing procedures of the Ministry of Transport, employing servo motor control technology and precision transmission technology. It utilizes a miniature Difal test cylinder. After the specimen is dried at the specified temperature and placed into the test cylinder along with steel balls, the cylinder is rotated at a prescribed speed for a set duration. Subsequently, the ground fiber specimens are collected for testing their relevant properties, enabling an evaluation of the specimen's high-temperature resistance and abrasion resistance. The instrument primarily consists of a software control system, a servo motor drive unit, a test cylinder, and safety protection devices.
Performance Features
1. It features a 7-inch color touch screen for control, providing real-time display of test information and offering simple operation.
2. During use, the rotation speed of the test cylinder can be set as needed.
3. The test cylinder can rotate according to the set number of rotations or rotation time and will automatically stop upon completion of the test.
4. The instrument comes with a built-in safety protection device; when the upper cover is lifted, the machine automatically shuts down, ensuring safer operation for the user.
5. The inside of the protective cover is lined with sound-absorbing cotton, which helps reduce noise generated during testing.
6. The test cylinder is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with one end sealed. The inner surface of the cylinder is smooth and free of bumps or irregularities. The other side is sealed with a thick, sturdy lid. It boasts excellent material quality and is easy to clean.
7. A servo motor is used for drive, and the drive shaft and two support shafts are connected via synchronous belt transmission, thereby driving the test cylinder to roll.
8. One test can simultaneously handle two samples, facilitating parallel testing and enhancing test efficiency.
9. The WSY-120 Fiber Air-Screen Analyzer is also required to conduct high-temperature resistance and abrasion-resistant performance tests on flocculent mineral fibers, in conjunction with this instrument.
