Product Overview
This instrument is suitable for the thermal extraction and content determination of granulating agents in granular wood fiber materials. It employs Soxhlet extraction technology and an integrated metal bath heating method, enabling simultaneous completion of heating extraction, rinsing, and solvent recovery. The instrument primarily consists of three main components: heating extraction, solvent recovery, and cooling.

1. Equipped with a 7-inch large LCD touch screen for display and control, featuring programmable temperature settings and operation.
2. It employs an integrated metal bath heating method and can simultaneously test six samples, ensuring that each sample can be operated independently.
3. Aviation-grade aluminum heating module—fast heating and rapid reflux, significantly shortening extraction time.
4. Automatic digital display with high temperature control accuracy and good uniformity.
5. Equipped with built-in heating extraction and eluent recovery functions, significantly reducing experimental consumable usage.
6. Built-in circulating water circuit for simple and convenient operation (can be upgraded to include a built-in cooling system).
7. Equipped with multiple protection devices against overvoltage, overheating, and leakage current, this machine requires no supervision and ensures safe long-term operation.
8. External cold water system with fully automatic temperature control for cooling water.
