Product Overview
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant testing procedures issued by the Ministry of Transport. In this abrasion tester, granular wood fibers are placed into a grinding system and ground for a specified period of time. Subsequently, the vibrating screening system is activated to separate the ground fibers, thereby completing the quality analysis of the granular wood fibers after grinding and screening. The instrument consists of a grinding system, a vibration system, a control system, and a power drive system.

2. A 7-inch color touch screen is used to display test information in real time, and all control operations are performed on the touch screen.
3. Equipped with safety protection devices for both the sample inlet and outlet ports, ensuring operator safety during use.
4. The special feed port design ensures that the grinding chamber is entirely circular, enabling more thorough grinding.
5. The vibrating screen system operates smoothly and without any extraneous noise.
