According to the industry standard of the People's Republic of China: JTG3410-2025, "Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering,"
T 0658-2025 “Test Method for Demulsification Performance of Emulsified Asphalt” was developed and formulated. This product also complies with national standards as well as relevant standards of the petrochemical industry. The electric emulsified asphalt and aggregate mixing tester is suitable for mixing aggregates with specified gradation and emulsion under conditions of 25℃ ± 1℃, and is used to evaluate the state and uniformity of the mixture during the mixing process.
Performance features:
The emulsified asphalt demulsification rate testing mixer consists of an electric motor and a continuous feeding system. The motor drives the stirring paddle to rotate, ensuring thorough mixing and mass transfer (including dissolution, extraction, and absorption). The feeding system provides a constant supply of material at a fixed dosage.
