This equipment is suitable for determining the penetration of residual materials from road petroleum asphalt, polymer-modified asphalt, diluted asphalt, or emulsified asphalt.
Performance features:
1. Customized dual-rail ball screw motor lifting module with smooth and rapid lifting motion, available in three speed settings to meet precise needle alignment requirements.
2. Equipped with an LED cold-light source and a magnifying glass to assist in needle-handling operations; equipped with a level and adjustable base angles to ensure the tabletop remains perfectly level.
3. An electromagnetic standard needle release mechanism ensures that the needle linkage is not affected by friction when it falls freely.
4. Equipped with a “micro-drop” mode for precise needle alignment; after aligning the needle, one-click activation of “needle insertion” ensures convenience and speed.
