Performance features:
1. Controlled by a 10-inch industrial-grade all-in-one computer with touch-screen operation, the software is compatible with multiple test methods.
2. Equipped with three sets of force-measuring devices, it can simultaneously conduct parallel tests on three specimens. The software automatically collects data on tensile length and tensile force, features real-time image recording of deformation vs. tensile force as well as cross-sectional calculations, and automatically computes the average elongation, maximum tensile force, cohesion and peak force ratio, and elastic recovery rate.
3. Added automatic identification of fracture points during tensile testing of low-temperature modified asphalt, along with automatic recording and calculation of the corresponding force values.
4. The water tank is equipped with a partition and features an internal and external dual-circulation temperature-control system, ensuring that even after the internal circulation pump is turned off during the test, the external circulation can still facilitate temperature exchange between the inside and outside, thereby maintaining the desired test temperature. The test tank is also fitted with LED light strips for clear illumination, allowing for easy observation of the experimental process.
5. The refrigeration system features an imported brand compressor unit, ensuring rapid cooling, stable temperature control, and reliable performance.
6. Components that generate significant vibrations, such as the refrigeration system and water tank, are mounted on a separate baseplate and electrically grounded, thereby isolating them from the enclosure frame to prevent vibration transmission to the water tank and avoid interference with the test.
7. A high-precision encoder is used to control the test tensile rate, achieving a tensile accuracy of ±0.5 mm. The tensile speed is continuously adjustable via a high-precision frequency converter, and two preset speed levels are available for direct switching.
8. To facilitate observation during the experiment, LED light strips are installed inside the test tank to provide clear visibility of the experimental process.
9. Equipped with a one-click function to generate deformation vs. tensile force charts; experimental data can be exported via USB and RS232 interfaces to create and print experimental reports; and the system can also connect to a data platform for data uploading.
10. Recording: The stretching length can be remotely locked and controlled, or it can be recorded and logged via the industrial control touch screen.
