Performance features:

1. Controlled by a 10-inch industrial-grade all-in-one computer with touch-screen operation, the software is compatible with multiple test methods.
2. Equipped with three sets of force-measuring devices, it can simultaneously conduct parallel tests on three specimens. The software automatically collects data on elongation and tensile force, features real-time image recording of the relationship between deformation and tensile force as well as cross-sectional calculations, and automatically computes the average elongation, maximum tensile force, cohesion, peak force ratio, and elastic recovery rate.
3. The water tank is equipped with a partition and features an internal-external dual-loop temperature-control system, ensuring that even after the internal-loop pump is turned off during the test, the external loop can still facilitate heat exchange between the inside and outside, thereby maintaining the desired test temperature. The test tank is also fitted with LED light strips for clear illumination, allowing for easy observation of the experimental process.
4. The refrigeration system features an imported brand compressor unit, ensuring rapid cooling, stable temperature control, and reliable performance.
5. Components with significant vibrations, such as the refrigeration system and water tank, are mounted on a separate baseplate and grounded independently from the enclosure frame, thereby preventing vibration transmission to the water tank and avoiding interference with the test.
5. The stretching speed is continuously adjustable via a high-precision frequency converter, with two preset gear settings that can be switched directly for clear observation.
6. Equipped with a one-click function to generate deformation vs. tensile force charts; experimental data can be exported via USB and RS232 interfaces to create and print experimental reports; and the system can also connect to a data platform for data uploading.
7. Recording: The stretching length can be remotely locked and controlled, or it can be recorded and logged via the industrial control touchscreen.
