Performance features:
1. The digital display control board shows the status and features automated temperature control.
2. The water tank is equipped with a partition and features an internal-external dual-loop temperature-control system, ensuring that even after the internal-loop pump is turned off during the test, temperature exchange between the inside and outside can still be maintained via the external loop, thus keeping the test temperature stable. The test tank is also fitted with LED light strips for clear observation of the experimental process. (Utility Model Patent ZL 202122050950.3)
3. The refrigeration system features an imported brand compressor unit, ensuring rapid cooling, stable temperature control, and reliable performance.
5. Components with significant vibrations, such as the refrigeration system and water tank, are mounted on a separate baseplate that can be placed directly on the floor. At the site, these components are separated from the outer enclosure frame to prevent vibration transmission to the water tank and thus avoid interference with the test.
4. The sink is made of stainless steel, with external lead screws and linear slide rails for positioning, ensuring no vibration and smooth transmission.
5. The stretching speed is continuously adjustable via an imported frequency converter, and the stretching length is displayed digitally on a panel for clear observation. The stretching length can also be remotely locked and set.
