This equipment is suitable for determining the properties of road petroleum asphalt and polymer-modified asphalt.
Or the penetration of diluted asphalt or emulsified asphalt residues.
Performance features:
1. Equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen and PLC control, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
2. It features two modes: “fully automatic” and “semi-automatic.” In fully automatic mode, the instrument can achieve truly fully automatic needle alignment.
3. Customized dual-rail ball screw motor lifting module, offering smooth and rapid lifting with three adjustable speed levels to meet precise needle alignment requirements.
4. An electromagnetic standard needle release mechanism ensures that the needle linkage is not affected by friction when it falls freely.
5. Equipped with an LED cold-light source and a magnifying glass to assist in needle-handling operations; also equipped with a level and adjustable base angles to ensure the tabletop remains perfectly level.
