Intelligent low temperature asphalt extensor operating procedures:
① The instrument should be placed horizontally in the room, the temperature is 0 ℃ ~ 40 ℃, the relative humidity is not more than 80%, no vibration, no corrosive gas on the ground, there is a good grounding protection.
② Check the water level in the water tank before use, which should meet the requirements of the test operation procedures. When all function switches are turned off, turn on the power supply, and check whether the stirring motor and the extension power motor are running well.
③ Adjust the temperature controller to the required temperature, according to the test requirements and ambient temperature needs, start the refrigeration or heating system function switch, and start the stirring motor. When testing, please take the thermometer in the sink as the standard.
④ Pull out the handle and rotate a corner to set the neutral gear, then move the gearbox, place the test mold full of samples in the copper cylindrical pin at the extension end of the instrument, and push in the handle to make the gears mesh, I .e. enter the working position.
⑤ Turn on the power supply of the digital display device on the gearbox, turn on the start switch, and the instrument starts to work. The display will display the extension length. During the test, if asphalt filaments are found floating on the water surface or sinking into the bottom of the tank, alcohol or salt is added to adjust the specific gravity of the water until the sample phase is over before the test.
⑥ When the asphalt sample is broken or meets the test requirements, press the value switch, and the instrument will automatically calculate the elongation of the sample. After three times, press the value switch, and the average value of the three samples will be automatically calculated.
⑦ After the work is finished, turn off the power supply and take out the test mold, pull out the handle and set it to neutral, and push the gearbox back. Open the drain valve and drain the water in the groove to prevent rust.
